AI voice agents for real work

AI that gets work done.

Build and deploy voice agents that make and handle calls — from customer support to bookings, follow-ups, claims and more.

Built for high-volume, customer-facing operations.

Built for businesses where every call matters.

  • Hospitality
  • Insurance
  • Travel
  • Financial services
  • Healthcare
  • Customer operations

Your customers still use the phone.

Calls remain one of the highest-intent ways customers interact with a business. But most companies still rely on humans to make, answer and follow up on them.

  • Make calls

Follow-ups, confirmations and outreach consume hours of human time.

  • Answer calls

Customers wait, abandon calls or get routed through rigid IVRs.

  • Act on calls

Information captured during calls still needs someone to update systems and trigger workflows.

Wocal turns calls into work.

The platform

One platform. Every voice workflow.

Wocal is where you build voice agents, put them on your phone lines, and connect what they hear to what your business does next.

Wocal isn’t just generating speech. It connects conversations to business actions — checking a system, writing a record, handing over to a person.

Conversation is only the interface.
Work happens underneath.

How it works

From idea to live agent in minutes.

Describe the job, connect the systems it needs, give it a number. Then watch the calls and make it better.

  1. 01

    Design

Define what your agent should do.

  2. 02

    Connect

Give it access to your systems and tools.

  3. 03

    Deploy

    Connect phone numbers and launch.

  4. 04

    Optimize

    Monitor conversations and continuously improve.

Agent Builder

Build an agent like you build software.

Define the job. Give it tools and boundaries. Test it on a real call before it takes one.

  • An objective, not a script. Say what the agent is for. It works out the conversation.
  • Tools it can use. Your endpoints, called mid-call, with the results in front of it.
  • Boundaries it keeps. Guardrails on every call, and the conditions that bring in a person.
  • Test before it’s live. Call it from the browser. Every test is saved for review.

Workflow automation

Calls shouldn’t end when the call ends.

When a conversation finishes, Wocal can trigger the next action automatically. An agent answers the call, checks your system, takes the action and closes the loop.

  2. 02AI agent
  3. 03Understand intent
  4. 04Verify information

  6. 06Action
  7. 07Customer confirmation

Example: Call → Identify claim → Collect details → Create claim → Notify customer

Human handoff

AI handles the routine. Humans handle what matters.

When a conversation needs a human, Wocal hands it over with the context already captured. Nobody asks the customer to start again.

  1. AI agent Handles the routine conversation
  2. Condition Detects uncertainty, or an escalation rule
  3. Human agent Continues the conversation, with context

Regulated and high-stakes operations

Built for environments where mistakes are expensive.

Give your agents boundaries. Decide what they may say, what they must check first, and when a person takes over — then see exactly what happened on every call.

  • Guardrails Rules an agent follows on every call.
  • Structured workflows Steps that run in order, and only in order.
  • Human escalation Conditions that hand a call to a person.
  • Audit trail Access changes and every support visit, append-only.
  • Recordings Hear exactly what was said.
  • Transcripts Read every conversation, turn by turn.
  • Role-based access Owners, admins, members and viewers.
  • Monitoring Watch calls, outcomes and escalations.
  • Evaluation Review calls and act on what you find.
  • Data controls Each workspace’s data kept apart, down to the database.

Analytics and operations

Know what every agent is doing.

Every call counted, timed and classified. Open any one to hear it, read it and see what the agent did — then fix what you find.

Developers

Works with the stack you already have.

Connect your systems, tools and workflows without rebuilding your infrastructure.

Business impact

Start with the calls costing you the most.

Put in your own numbers. Nothing here is a benchmark of ours: the share of routine calls is your estimate, and you can change it.

Your call numbers
Estimated monthly workload
667 hours
Potential automated calls
4,000 calls
Potential hours freed
267 hours
about 2.2 people's monthly hours
What those calls cost today
10,000

Workload is calls × duration. Automated calls are calls × your routine share, and hours freed are those calls × duration. Nothing is added to your numbers.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What does a Wocal agent actually do on a call?

It listens, answers and asks the next question. During the call it uses the tools you give it — checking availability, looking up a policy, creating a booking — and after the call it can trigger the next step, such as a confirmation or an update to your system.

Does it replace my team?

No. Agents take the routine calls, so your team can take the ones that need them. When a conversation needs a person, Wocal hands it over with the details already captured.

Which phone systems does it work with?

Wocal answers and places calls on real phone numbers and connects over SIP, so it can work alongside the telephony you already use. Agents can also be tested in the browser before they take a real call.

Can it connect to our systems?

Yes. A tool is an HTTPS endpoint your agent can call during a conversation, and webhooks carry each outcome where it needs to go afterwards. You don’t rebuild your stack.

How do we keep an agent from saying the wrong thing?

Guardrails, structured workflows and escalation rules set its boundaries. Calls can be recorded and transcribed, so you can hear what was said and see what the agent did — and you can test a change on a trial call before customers hear it.

Which languages can agents speak?

Agents can speak and understand many languages and accents. Tell us which your customers use and we’ll set your agent up for them.

How do we get started?

Tell us which calls you want to automate. We’ll build your first agent with you and test it on a trial line before it takes a real customer’s call.
